Founded in 2008, the Brazilian Luxury Travel Association (BLTA) is a non-profit organisation that brings together the finest hotels and DMC's in Brazil. Partnering with Lumirani Collection, our collective purpose is to showcase Brazil in an innovative way, with quality, authenticity, diversity, and sustainability as our core pillars, working to promote authentic, sustainable, and high-value tourism in Brazil.

Embrace the full charm and genuine Brazilian spirit that this eclectic destination offers, across 5 regions, 39 destinations, and 6 biomass
Since 2025, all new BLTA members undergo a quality assessment using the Mystery Guest methodology, carried out by an independent specialised company.
Current members are also evaluated annually to ensure ongoing excellence.
These assessments enhance credibility and transparency in member admission and renewal, aligning BLTA with international quality standards such as Leading Hotels of the World, Small Luxury Hotels, and Relais & Châteaux - offering confidence to Travel Advisors that the hotels they choose to send their clients to, offer exceptional standards in terms of quality and overall guest experience.
The BLTA believes that sustainability is a responsibility. Acting as a facilitator and inspirer, uniting its members to consolidate Brazil as a global destination for responsible and regenerative luxury tourism, their ethos goes beyond just sustaining, but also regenerating, transforming, and leaving a legacy, committed to integrate ESG principles into all practices, promoting authentic, sustainable, and positively impactful luxury tourism.
